I admit it, I just do not get this guy.
Ken, for those not local to Seattle, is an opinion commentator at KOMO TV 4 and KOMO radio 1000am. He has a comment piece that is posted on their website, and broadcast on their news as well.
Ken is generally a liberal, of the stripe that sometimes drives me nuts with his complete lack of reason. Occasionally he takes a moderate stance though, so you never know if he is going to make you say Hoorah or Huh?
Take today’s column titled "Neo-Conservatives Smiling Again." In it he says:
It’s kinda, sorta nice to see neo-conservatives smiling again. I mean, it’s been tough on them, what with the Bush administration such a floundering embarrassment.
No bias there…
Affectionately known as "Baghdad Jim" in neo-con circles, McDermott recently lost an appeals court ruling on a phone call he leaked to news organizations back in 1996.
That’d be the call the helped knock the political pins out from under the once powerful Speaker of the House, who once was one by the name of Newt Gingrich.

UPDATE 4 *bumped*
In non related but fun news, we see McKinney has admitted to breaking the law(hat tip: Orbusmax):
McKinney Admits Misusing Taxpayer Money
Rep. Cynthia McKinney admits that she broke government rules by spending money to fly a celebrity to Atlanta.
Channel 2 Action News has uncovered documents showing McKinney, D-Ga., spent about $1,000 of taxpayer’s money to fly singer Isaac Hayes to Georgia to help dedicate a new office in Atlanta.
I suppose that will be the fault of White Cops too?
UPDATE 3
See the video of her and her attorney on CNN.
Of note, her lawyer denies that the Capital Hill police are seeking an arrest, despite other reports. She also dismisses the whole lapel pin issue, making it agtain into a personal issue.

She is completely unhinged.
UPDATE 2:
Michelle Malkin continues her ongoing coverage of the McKinney case. Two things of note.
First, Drudge is reporting that an arrest warrent has been requested:
Capitol police ask for arrest warrant for McKinney

From CNN:
Moussaoui jury reaches verdict
The jury in the Zacarias Moussaoui case has reached a verdict on the question of whether the al Qaeda operative should be eligible for the death penalty, court officials said Monday.
The jurors, who had been deliberating since late Wednesday, made the announcement shortly before 3 p.m.
The decision is to be announced by 4 p.m.
The nine men and three women reached their verdict on the fourth day of deliberations.
The panel is deciding only whether Moussaoui is eligible for the death penalty.
To find that he is, the jury must unanimously agree that prosecutors proved Moussaoui intentionally lied to federal agents who interrogated him in August 2001, that he lied with lethal intent, and that his lies directly resulted in at least one death in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
…
Three of the charges Moussaoui pleaded guilty to exposed him to the death penalty — the conspiracies to commit acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries, to destroy aircraft, and to use weapons of mass destruction.
