Deja Vu- A Mexican flag raised over a US post office during immigration protest

Published by Karl at 12:21 pm under Illegal immigration

The Amazing part of this is that they continue to operate under a belief that this helps their case.  Apart of a childish "look what we did" feel good moment, a stunt like this serves no practical benefit, and only serves to ignite their opposition.

From Michelle Malkin:

Here we go again.

This has gotten zero attention in the MSM. Over the weekend, militant illegal alien activists marched onto a post office station in Maywood, Calif., and replaced the American flag with a Mexican flag while chanting anti-American epithets. Yup, here we go again. Remember this spring?

Nice.

Video coverage here (starts at around 3:05), also courtesy of Michelle.

When you see reports that towns all over America are cracking down on illegal immigration, and you ask yourself what has spurred these laws, look at the picture above and ask yourself if that is a part of the reason why.

Immigration reform is necessary, most Americans support that.

Most Americans however do not support bullying tactics and Reconquista.

Maywood, California post office gets an unexpected ‘makeover’ - Mexican flag style…

Links galore at Malkin’s of the incident in which some illegal Mexican protesting bandidos (if you will) took it upon themselves to take down the American flag hanging at the Maywood, CA post office and replace it with a Mexican flag.

This is disgusting. They don’t want to be citizens of America. They want to stay here and lead a life like the ones they had in their home countrys, only with American taxpayers paying for it!

Why doesn’t our government do anything?!?!

Now, you have to understand that this is okay. It’s just these poor oppressed folks exercising thier Free Speech rights. ‘Course you don’t have those rights as you are a US citizen. So any objections you have to this behavior is probably racist.

    Got it?

    No?

*sigh* Sadly, that’s how the Libs and the ACLU see it.

I was born in Chicago IL in 1971. I was born of a woman who came to the US legally from Mexico. I actually do not speak Spanish and I English is my first language. I agree that if this occurred this is something that is wrong.
However if you study the history books they actually have a point. I know many of you people do not read and only have a slightly higher IQ than those Mexicans (For the record I was labeled gifted by the time I was in grade school) but here is a simple for dummies version of Mr. Polk’s war http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexican-American_War
I actually did research back in high school even thought I have a degree in Applied Physics and I have always been more science based but being that I am a Mensa member I feel the research I did was valid.
If it makes you feel any better, I have actually visited south California, it is a human pit of garbage, and the USA would be MUCH better off without it. I mean think of the financial burden that state is causing in illegal immigration!
Imagine the shock the illegals would feel if one day the USA just built a serious wall with solders that are armed and built it in such a way that it divided north California from south and continued on through the south until it ended in Texas!
You would solve two problems at once! Mexicans could not complain about the wall since you gave some of the land that was taken from them illegally and the USA would finally have a secure southern border that has most of the illegal on the correct side, the Mexican side!
The funny part would be when those people realized they were on the wrong side, got pissed off, and ran into the new wall! They of course would try to get past but it would be very secure and it would remind them that in fact they really wanted to live in the good ole USA rather than Mexico!
I mean Mexico sucks as far as I can tell and I am sure they know that so if you were to trade off the southern parts of the southwest that are in effect back in the hands of citizens of Mexico you would get the wall and security you so desire. i.e. you have to give a little to get a little. Honestly, do you really want south CA back? Before you say yes, drive that section of the state before commenting.

Food for thought on how you can get what you want and they can get what they deserve from a Ronald Regan genius who happens to be of Mexican Descent.

This has got to stop. Come November I will be voting for a 3rd party candidate. Obviously Arnold is not doing anything to solve this problem and Angelides might as well call himself a reconquista agent.
I will be voting for Art Olivier for Governor in California come November. I think this guy is the real deal. If you are from California, check out this link http://www.2006gov.com  I think this guy is the real deal! Spread the word!
It is time to vote for someone who will do something to stop the illegal immiration problem.
