Leave a trackback of your best post for others to read.   Also, look at the trackbacks below to see what others are saying.

And for my non-bloggin friends…feel free to look around and put your 2 cents in my comments…or if the mood strikes, cue up the band and give us a showtune.

For an explanation of a trackback, go here or here.

If your blog does not support Trackbacks (blogger is still in the dark ages in this regard), check out Haloscan, which I used to use on my old blogGER site, or you may ALSO JUST use The Wizbang Standalone Pinger to do so.

Just include this post’s permalink (right the post title and copy the short cut) in your post and use the Trackback URL at the end of the post for your trackback.

I haven’t had time to post it, but I got a tickle out of the meltdown between the servers and the chickenhawks being spearheaded by McCain & planned by Powel. ABC follows it:

"McCain vs. Bush: GOP Battle Over Torture, Detainees"

I bet Karl Rove is furious…

McCain is really serious about this, I think. But there is a line in this story that catches my eye: "Were it not for this program, our intelligence community believes that Al-Qaeda and its allies would have succeeded in launching another attack against the American homeland" - Our Shrub in Chief, from the Rose Garden.

Know what? I don’t believe him. He’s lied about everything else - lied, or has been duped into passing along bullcrap… Show us the goods, Mr.Shrub. I don’t believe otherwise. Fool me twice, shame on me.

After all, what have we seen here? Some trumped up charges against people like Padilla who seemed eager to be the martyr and a couple of blatant stings against some dumber than a box of rocks dupes who were just mad at the world…

This isn’t the UK or Israel. They have their own problems for their own reasons. I think Osama was our real #1 enemy, and I’m ready to conclude he shot his one and only wad on 9-11-01. Yup, I’ve engaged in the dark speculations over the past 5 years as to what he - they - might be gonna do… I think they’re done.

And I’m not ready to give one more centimeter on what McCain calls the moral high ground. Terrorism doesn’t terrify me… But an out of control Federal government might… The government is HERE and the sand bunnies aren’t… And I’ll decide what really threatens me.

So pony up, Mr. Bush: No more bullshit, no more bad information, and no more lies. Open trials now.

I trust the courts and the system more than you…

    Pakistan’s rape wave…

Pakistan ostensibly discussed reworking its laws involving rape, but I didn’t expect them to yield any convincing results, mainly because of how they tie into Islam. And they did not. Thus, rape crimes still continue uninterrupted, such as this horri….

    How Nightwing escaped death…

I’m really surprised here. Newsarama (via Titans Tower Monitor) has an article up about how the very same writers who wouldn’t come to the defense of Sue Dibny, Jean Loring, and perhaps most importantly of all, Stephanie Brown, actually stood up for …
