Al Qaeda Sends a Message to Democrats- “Your welcome”

Published by Karl at 5:40 pm under Democrats, terrorism

Strange bedfellows indeed.

Al Qaeda Sends a Message to Democrats

Al Qaeda has sent a message to leaders of the Democratic party that credit for the defeat of congressional Republicans belongs to the terrorists.

In a portion of the tape from al Qaeda No. 2 man, Ayman al Zawahri, made available only today, Zawahri says he has two messages for American Democrats.

"The first is that you aren’t the ones who won the midterm elections, nor are the Republicans the ones who lost. Rather, the Mujahideen — the Muslim Ummah’s vanguard in Afghanistan and Iraq — are the ones who won, and the American forces and their Crusader allies are the ones who lost," Zawahri said, according to a full transcript obtained by ABC News.

Is this something anyone should be proud of?  I’d like to hear the democrats come forth and dispute it, even though in a sense they are correct.

While they did not win the election, the terrorist’s actions coupled with the Democratic fear mongering and distaste of conflict was a part of the win.

The media with it spin mongerting also deserves an honorable mention.

Zawahri calls on the Democrats to negotiate with him and Osama bin Laden, not others in the Islamic world who Zawahri says cannot help.

"And if you don’t refrain from the foolish American policy of backing Israel, occupying the lands of Islam and stealing the treasures of the Muslims, then await the same fate," he said.

It always ends up back in Israel.  I will never understand this instinctive hatred of jews.

The irony is a lot of conservatives predicted that the terrorists would see a democrat win as a win for them.

Yep. They pegged it.

So go ahead liberals, high five em for a job well done.

Jawa notes that:

Of course, by "beating" the Democrats, I refer to sapping their will to fight and to win.

Given the ignoratti permeating the media in this and other countries, the nagging influence of the aging 60’s Vietnam-syndrome addled retreads, and the legions of belligerently misinformed television commentators, actors, musicians, writers, academics, college students, public school students, etc., it was perhaps to be expected.

And that does not bode well for the future of this extended conflict.

Yep.  He continues:

Newsflash, lefties. The WTC was bombed in 1993 - when Democrats controlled Congress and the White House. Their indictments and criminal prosecutions didn’t prevent the Islamists from coming back and finishing the job - it emboldened them to do it again.

Now that the Islamists have seen and taken stock of the remarkable lack of a spine shown by the left in our country and around the world to confront them aggressively, they will be back. Those who don’t learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

‘Peace’ at any cost, indeed.

Yep.  Time will tell how big that cost really is.

Al-Qaeda waves GOP banner; parrots Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, and GOP talking points…

Okay, I have a fun trivia question for everybody…

Question: Who was it that went on the record to make this (paraphrased) recent statement regarding the November mid-term elections ROUT by the Democratic Party:
    “The Democrats didn&#821…

This is pretty meaningless though.  I mean, yeah, it’s a fun way to poke fun at democrats, but Al Queda takes credit for stuff after pretty much every election, no matter who wins, they spin it.  Maybe terrorists have more in common with Democrats and Republicans than we woud care to admit (afterall, all three use fear mongering as a tactic to convince people to do things "their way").
