Oh true, they didn't bomb anything or do anything overt at all. They did something worse. They set up a situation where they could use the civil court system in the US to cripple an individual's ability to report possible terrorists to the authorities. I believe that qualifies as lending aid and comfort to the terrorists, possibly meterial aid as well if they win a lawsuit. Those imams were terrorists!
