Sign the petition at StopRosie.com

Published by Karl at 11:04 pm under Idiots, Just for fun

I saw this on the KVI Blog as well as Hot Air.

Stoprosie.com

Our Mission:  is to influence current and prospective viewers of The View to not watch the program until Rosie O’Donnell is replaced.

Our Reason:  for calling this boycott is to raise awareness of the anti-American rhetoric being displayed in the mainstream media today. We aim to show Disney-ABC (and all other media outlets) that we, as American citizens, will not tolerate an anti-American individual occupying national airtime.

Our Method:  comes in the form of an online petition. We ask for your support in signing this petition, proving to Disney-ABC that they are losing a significant portion of consumers.

I wish I’d thought to register it first actually.

OK, a few word regarding Rosie.

As an actress i like her.  I know of a few movies she was a part of that were better for her being in them.  But as a talk show host, she started out fun in her solo show, but quickly showed her true partisan attitudes, notably her ambush of Tom Selleck.

And since coming to The View she has taken over as the dominant voice of the show, drowning out any dissenters with childish and rude tactics.

As a commentator, I have no particular respect for her.

But the The View was hardly on my daily watch list anyway, so the petition is almost pointless except as a way to exercise some free speech.

And Rosie and the liberals should applaud it, as petitions and protests are a liberal staple for protesting any idea they are intolerant of.

If enough people convince ABC and Disney that they are unhappy with her, that is free market economics at its finest.

So look at the site and sign it, or don’t it is up to you.

But honestly with the absolutely idiotic crap she spews on a daily basis, it is hardly a wonder that someone wants her gone.

But let’s be honest.  ABC is fairly unhinged at the management level and most of what she spews is pretty much in line with their views.  She has made The View reflect Their View.

So the likelihood that this will have any effect is minimal. And if anything, this and the persistent viral video posts of her latest idiocy, of which I am also guilty of posting, do nothing but drive more viewers to see her train wreck proceed at a greater speed daily.  We are doing as much to encourage her as to stop her.

But damn, it is great fun to showcase her as the nutbag she is.

To answer the invariable questing, yes….I signed.  Why the hell not…

This woman is sedition personified; she is Un-American and
blasphemous in the extreme! Get her off the air so we won’t have to listen to this offensive and unpatriotic joke of a human being spew her ridiculously reactionary venom.

AS a salesman for thirty years, I just did the selling job of my life. Next week, my wife was taking the grand daughters to Disneyland in Anahiem. The have agreed that Magic Mountain will be fun.
    God bless our troops.
And Rosie can kiss my big white conservative donkey.
And with both my cable and Dish tv, ABC is blocked.

“But let’s be honest. ABC is fairly unhinged at the management level and most of what she spews is pretty much in line with their views.”

Please back this up, Karl. I mean, I guess I missed the “Bush Was Behind 9/11″ special ABC aired. I have seen no evidence that ABC endorses any of Rosie’s rants. I know John Gibson over at Fox was really hammering that idea home on Tuesday-suggesting that by letting her stay on the air, they were endorsing her views. But by that logic, ABC is also endorsing the views of Rosie’s co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, an open conservative.

please tell me what it takes to wake the american public up? there is overwhelming evidence that the report issued by the 9-11 commission is full of misleading information and downright lies. why not read mike ruppert’s book “crossing the rubicon”? if this book doesn’t make you take a serious look at whats happening in the united states then nothing will. buy the book read it, don’t believe it? you should 9-11 was a false flag attack no different the u.s.s. liberty, not familiar with the incident? research it, this is where israel fired on a u.s. ship and was really never reported in the main stream media or how about the gulf of tonkin incident with the u.s.s. maddox, which led to our involvement in viet nam “conflict” - stop drinking koolaid and stop watching the simson’s - we are engaged in an ongoing internal war for our freedom that has never been witnessed in this countries history. before you hammer too hard on rosey, research what she is talking about and draw your own conclusions.

I watched the View when the show was entertaining. Rosie has turned the program into a soapbox for her unfounded theories. I will no longer watch the program or ABC shows for that matter also. My support will be elsewhere. I am disappointed in Disney for not at least disavowing the statements that Rosie makes on the show. But they have been silent. No more Disnesy books or toys for the grandkids. I will find other outlets for gifts.

I notice that the only dissenting opinion did not sign his full name, ed b. I guess he’s afraid the men in white suits will come after him. Rosie is a disgrace, and the one day I watched to see what bull sh– she would spew, she was talking about the firing of the attorneys and had no clue as to what was going on. The only thing I was looking for was, who sponsers this maniac.

  7. Donald Barnebeyon 07 Apr 2007 at 1:36 pm

Right on Rosie! The sickos like Bill O’Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Joe Scarborough, Michael Savage, Glen Beck and a host of other New World Order hypocrites and stooges want to shut down free speech in America and are trying to stop the 9/11 Truth movement. Fire these scumbags and treasonous cowards/bullies. Rosie O’Donnell will have the last word as she speaks truthfully and will eventually be recognized as the great iconoclast and pioneer she is.

  8. Shirley Smithon 07 Apr 2007 at 2:43 pm

I think Rosie is a disgrace in every respect. How she ever got on television is a mystery to me. She has no tact, she is obnoxious and a “know-it-all”. As long as she is on
The View I refuse to watch.

  9. james mansleyon 07 Apr 2007 at 2:50 pm

just a fool that should move in with the radicals who she agrees with i only hope that none of the idiots who agree with her dosn,t know anybody who lost their lives in any of these incidents civilian or military

  10. Randyon 07 Apr 2007 at 2:56 pm

I have not and will not watch the view till she is gone.she is a disgrace to all of America and to God . She will one day get whats coming to her .

  11. P Brownon 07 Apr 2007 at 2:56 pm

Please stop this melicious, obnoxious blob. Her mouth is getting the best of her and everyone is getting sick and tired of it. She can say her view, but just let someone else try to give their opinion and she shuts them up. I will never understand why they let her continue . I really feel for Barbara Walters - are her hands tied in this matter? I will never watch The VIew again until this mouthy, self centered blob is gone.

  12. Don Griffithon 07 Apr 2007 at 3:07 pm

Rosie has an obligation to at least back her claims up with fact. She states theory as fact, she wants to get expaerts from Harvard or Yale to back up her crazy claims. No reliable, reasonable expert will confirm her claims because they all know she’s a nut

  13. judy hermanon 07 Apr 2007 at 3:46 pm

I am going to stop watching The View, Monday the 9th of April I will no longer watch it as watching Rosie is just awful. I like to hear everyone’s view, but she is radical and she makes you feel that she have to believe what she says. I feel so sorry for Elizabeth on that show with her and I will no longer watch Barbara Walters.

  14. Richard Castleon 08 Apr 2007 at 7:28 am

Its about time someone took this BIG hot air bag off the air. You can bet if it was not for a bunch of unemployed hosewives, who have nothing to better to do than listen to this crap their would not be a show. Put your time to better use by helping those who need it, instead of listening to someone tear this country down. I had alot of respect for Barbra Walters until now,who is really running the show?

  15. joeseph kerseyon 08 Apr 2007 at 7:43 am

Rosie, is not a structural engineer. So she should keep her mouth shut. period

  16. Laurel Williamson 08 Apr 2007 at 10:58 am

Barbara Walters has upset me almost as much as Rosie. I remember when Mel Gibson opened his mouth and uttered hateful words. Barbara sat there and stated that she would never see a movie with Mel Gibson in it. That was a one time thing and Rosie spews hate almost on a daily basis, I guess. Where is Barbara’s voice now? By the way, I gave up watching the View when I knew Rosie was coming on.

  17. Ken Whiteon 08 Apr 2007 at 12:36 pm

This, of course, will not be published because it goes against your Nazi crusade to castrate the First Amendment and shit on the US Constitution. I did not like Rosie at all until Bully Bill and others started attacking her for having the audacity to exercise her right to free speech. Now I love her because I know she is right and, based on the ferocity of your attack, I know you Nazi clowns intend to enslave the rest of us. For the record, I spent a career in the US military having friends die beside me for the right Rosie is now exercising. How many of you bastards can say the same? This is not some silly, childish game that’s being played here. You are about to awaken a sleeping, meaner than a junk yard dog monster when you start advocating the violation of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We go by that Bill and not the Mouthy Bill O’Reilly who spews hatred and Nazi propaganda nightly. What is it Rosie has said that frightens you people so? Don’t you media clowns know you are the first to the wall when the socialist dictator takes power? To call you pathetic is to compliment you. On behalf of those who fought and died for the First Amendment to the US Constitution, I say, “You disgust me.”

  18. Karlon 08 Apr 2007 at 1:09 pm

Since you decided to call me a Nazi, I guess civility is out the window. You obviously know nothing of me and my stance on the 1st Amendment.

This, of course, will not be published because it goes against your Nazi crusade to castrate the First Amendment and shit on the US Constitution.

Actually Ass-hat, I rarely censor any comments, even ones as stupid as yours.

I did not like Rosie at all until Bully Bill and others started attacking her for having the audacity to exercise her right to free speech. Now I love her because I know she is right and, based on the ferocity of your attack, I know you Nazi clowns intend to enslave the rest of us.

Oh whatever. First, if you deal with her on the basis of her comments, she is not right as has been amply demonstrated.

As for her freedom, sure she has the right to say it. But as an ass-hat liberal like you should know, people have the right to protest it and to encourage the people she works for to fire her. Consider that every time Ann Coulter says something outrageous you leftist idiots try to get her column yanked anywhere it is published. The petition folks are doing nothing but the same thing here. A beautiful exercise of freedom, as often shown by liberals.

For the record, I spent a career in the US military having friends die beside me for the right Rosie is now exercising. How many of you bastards can say the same?

Meaning, what? Meaning, what? Do you even think for a minute that your service gives you the right to call me a Nazi for engaging in my freedom of speech?

I spent 12.5 years in the military and I am a disabled vet, so what? I support free speech as much as anyone, proven by this comment. Do not even dare to presume, on my blog, anything about me and my support for the troops, past, present or future.

You seem to love the word Nazi a lot. Freudian slip? Bill is expressing his free speech, and you are the nazi to complain about his use. Free means free for all, bub, but as a typical liberal, you think it means free as long as you like it. Sorry.

What is it Rosie has said that frightens you people so?

She does not frighten me, she disgusts me because she sacrifices logic and reason for emotionally charged half truths and out right lies, solely to achieve her partisan ends. She is a MoveOn.org shill, nothing more. And she uses any childish method including shouting down any disagreement to avoid any scrutiny on her ridiculous ideas. She is intellectually dishonest and she is a fool

Don’t you media clowns know you are the first to the wall when the socialist dictator takes power?

Who, Hillary? Must be as she is the most socialist democrat in the running….

To call you pathetic is to compliment you. On behalf of those who fought and died for the First Amendment to the US Constitution, I say, “You disgust me.”

Which is your right to say, under that freedom.

Mine is to reply that you are obviously an ignorant intolerant ass-hat moonbat nutroot shill who enjoys making juvenile accusations and ad hominem attacks rather then debate ideas.

    Post again real soon.

  19. Ken Whiteon 08 Apr 2007 at 2:10 pm

Karl: I kinda figured it wouldn’t take long for some pseudo-patriot to attack me for having the audacity to express an opinion counter to theirs. You have a lot to learn but your education, I fear, will come much too late. As for politics, I’m far to the right of you but I am not a fool like the likes of you and O’Reilly. I know the awful truth about 9/11. You wouldn’t believe it if it jumped up and bit you in the butt. You’re too busy letting the O’Reilly’s do your thinking for you. How much do they pay you to be so damn stupid? Have a nice day. ken

  20. Donnaon 08 Apr 2007 at 2:44 pm

    Rosie O’Donnell is an idiot & unamerican….get rid of her…she’s a moron !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  21. Karlon 08 Apr 2007 at 2:58 pm

    Ken,

Hey, I allowed yout rants to be published without edit or censor.

No one can deny I support free speech.

No ammount of personal attack will be sufficient to change the fact that you are tolerant to all speech as long as it is your own or conforms to your twisted beliefs,

    And that is your right.

But in your hubris you would deny others their right which exposes you for you really are.

  22. Damari Watton 08 Apr 2007 at 3:11 pm

My thought about Rosie. I almost feel sorry for her, almost but… It’s like she is saying all this outrageous comments because she wants attention and does not care how or what nonsense comes out of her big mouth. The show should nor be called The View but Rosie’s View and ABC has to something against her behavior and realize she is an antiamerican, socialist, liberal raving lunatic. I am not going to watch The View ever not even out of curiosity. I will not support Rosie or ABC as a matter fact I will stop watching ABC period. Take that Disney!!!

  23. M J Buffingtonon 08 Apr 2007 at 3:15 pm

Where is the list to sign up to STOP ROSIE!!! I want on it! ABC has said that the viewing is up since Rosie came on board. Of course it is. We are (oops - were) watching it so we could grip about what Rosie said - because she is guaranteed to put her foot in her mouth every time she opens it. I agree with the concept of The View. Okay. Everyone is different. But why do I have to hear her controlling the view. No one is allowed to have a view except her. She “out talks” everyone, including the guest.
I loved it when she screwed up & told one young child she was glad he could “come on HER show”. And that is what it has become. It is no longer The View, it is “Rosie’s View”. And she is not just giving a “view”. She is stating things as though they are fact - and they are NOT. She is misleading the public.
Poor Rosie. She was raised during the Viet Nam era and scared by it. Well, so was I & she & I differ greatly.
Maybe it is because I am a “military brat” (and yes, my Daddy was in WWII, Korean Conflict & Viet Nam) and for a short time was a “military wife”. I am still a “military aunt & cousin”. And I have lost friends. Having someone you care for in any war is not easy.
If we had followed “Rosie’s View” during WWI & WWII, we would have lost not only the wars, but a whole lot more. Not everyone that fought in those wars believe in them, but they fought in them. For the USA not to have fighting on the USA shores. The terrorist brought it to our shores, so we take the war to them.
How does Rosie explain the guys that have been in the war, wounded, and wanting to go back, because they say they can see to good they are doing? Loving children the way she says she does, how can she just “look the other way” when children & women were being killed for “pleasure”.
I don’t agree with everything going on with the war, but I support the USA - and that means I support the president. That is what makes us “one nation”.
I believe that if terrorist had done harm to someone that Rosie loved in her own home area - she may feel different. Which I DO NOT believe should happen to her or anyone else, but do not know of any other way to put it into words.
We do not want to believe there is evil in this world, but there is. We need to stop it any way we can.
I do (oops - did) enjoy The View. They were informative and funny on many topics - until Rosie came on board.
As I said, now people watch The View just to see who Rosie is fighting with now. I don’t think that was the idea of the show.
    M J Buffington

  24. P.J. Pullenon 08 Apr 2007 at 3:23 pm

To speak is a right, to be heard is not, dump Rosie!

  25. richard wildenon 08 Apr 2007 at 3:42 pm

KARL–I own a small business and work everyday,so I don’t watch the View, however I have seen Rosie’s comments on various news/talk show sound bites. Frankly as a retired military civil engineer and knowledge in demolition
methods, her theory has no basis in fact and is pure bunk.
I have no respect for her,Barbara Walters and ABC and will not watch them. I would like a list of Veiw sponsers who
finance this stupitity. Rosie and her gang can say anything
because a lot of great Americans over 200 + years have fought to protect the freedoms we all enjoy. She is advocating a theory that is counterproductive to the well
being of America. CAN you provide me with the list of sponsers,so I can excercise my right not to contribute to
    anti-American crap. Thank you-RICH WILDEN

  26. Ken Whiteon 08 Apr 2007 at 5:12 pm

Karl: You have it bass ackwards. I’m the one insisting that Rosie has a First Amendment right just as you do here. As an arch conservative, I have never cared for Rosie but I love the US Constitution and she is a US citizen protected by that document the same as you are. You and yours are the ones insisting that because she doesn’t agree with so-called experts that steel melts at around 1200 degrees Fahrenheit, and that a couple office fires brought down Building 7 at gravity speed into its footprint, she is somehow not entitled to free speech and is a traitor who should be shot. Dear, God, where are you people coming from. Steel melts at around 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit, Mr. retired civil engineer with demolition experience, otherwise our coal stoves would melt down. Short of an atomic reaction, thermite, boosted with sulfur, is the only explosive I’m familar with hot enough to melt steel (around 3300 degrees) when detonated. Connect the dots, please, as left wing Rosie has. So what the hell is the problem….and who is the fool? I rest my case and let you folks rave on. I do appreciate the opportunity to express another “radical” view but to tell you the truth you folks scare the hell out of me.

  27. Karlon 08 Apr 2007 at 5:29 pm

    Ken,

I have never insisted on any of that.

You seem to forget, as a proclaimed arch conservative, that free speech is a personal right, not one of employment.

She is making her remarks at her job, which was never intended to be a single persons soapbox. As such she has subverted it to her own means and goals.

When a persons speech imperils their job because, in her case her audience (or her customer if you will) find it offensive, it is not a limitation of free speech for her employer to take her to task.

It is a reflection of dissatisfaction of her role on the show and her use of the show, and as such it is a matter between her, her employer and her audience (or customer). If enough customers complain or enough sponsors pull out that is a consequence of her imposing her speech in the wrong environment, even as I would have the right to ask someone to leave my house if they offended me.

As a person she has a personal right to say and believe what she wants. But by doing it on the View, she is acting as a representative of ABC and Disney, and their sponsors and audience are the primary guides they have for content, because that is where their bottom line revenue is from: Ratings and sponsors. That is the source of her employment.. One half of their litmus, the audience, is speaking and they have a right to be heard.

Let Rosie get a soap box in the park like any other citizen. There, she has the right. In her workplace, she does not. She is a paid employee, subject to the whims of her employer.

As for the 911 conspiracy crap, that is all it is, crap. It has been thoroughly and conclusively debunked by scienticif experts, so that aspect of her litany of leftist crap is just that.

As to you my friend, I don’t buy your arch conservative claims, but that is just my opinion, based on the fact that you sound as if someone rewound an entire day of shows on Air America, or a good day on the Daily Kos.

I am sorry I scare you, but that is the penalty I accepted when I decided to base my writing on rational arguments, facts and reason.

  28. gerry mcgrathon 09 Apr 2007 at 2:06 am

its time for rosie to go live in some other countrie, since she hates this one so much.

  29. the truthon 09 Apr 2007 at 2:53 am

Wake up America this woman has shone the light on an important subject get over this she is not patriotic i am
from england uk and it seems that America is finally waking up hopefully this was an inside job the evidence is overwelming a flying drone next to the tower at the time the plane hits? firemen who say on tape that there are explosives on one of the floors? what are they there for to coincide they knew all along that this organisation was going to do what it weas going to do and so they made it there job so that they would succeed oh as well photos of
the plane with units fitted underneath to steer the plane
at the last minute well they couldnt just leave it to them could they well what was flying it the drone thats why it was in the vecinaty this woman rosie should be given a medal not a berating wake up just damn well wake up.

  30. the truthon 09 Apr 2007 at 3:10 am

Well she can live in the uk were not being suckered anymore with this alquada crap rosie is a proper patriot
she is standing up to corruption on a higher level not falling in line like sheep she seems like a bright woman
who has seen the light the powers that be ie illuminati
wanted this to happen so that they could go in to iraq
its called problem reaction solution they use it all the time to get public approval dont be under the illusion that they wouldnt do this here is the evidence the cia years ago came up with another plan that was to blow an airliner up over cuba packed with people they never went through with it deciding to use mercanaries instead who got
wasted at the bay of pigs you see if you can plan it you can do it?

  31. Ken Whiteon 09 Apr 2007 at 3:15 am

Karl: Rave on. I’m through wasting time with you. You’re hopeless brainwashed. May God have mercy on your soul. ken

  32. richard wildenon 09 Apr 2007 at 7:31 am

KARL; Mr. White is correct-steel does not melt at 1200 degrees F. and coal is tested for ash content in a muffle furnace in a lab which can reach up to 1093 degrees C or 2000 degrees F. He is right that steel melts at much higher
temperatures & melting points vary somewhat with different
steels. However, steel does not have to reach a melting point to fail under load. It is my understanding there were diesel storage tanks for the back up generators in the building, which became involved in the fire caused by the collapse of the twin towers.
Sept 11th was a dark day for America and a wake up call all rolled into one. Rosie does have a right to believe whatever she wants and I have the right not to watch her or ABC or buy from those who sponser her. I will exercise that right.
By the way, I find it difficult to believe Mr. White is anything but a Rosie fan. MR. RETIRED CIVIL ENGINEER

  33. Nancy Whiteheadon 09 Apr 2007 at 8:37 am

The view was a favorite of mine till Rosie came along now I never watch it. I think she should be off the air for good.
She is an insult to most Americans. If you don’t love Americia and cannot support Americia you need to Move to another country!

  34. connie bakeron 09 Apr 2007 at 9:51 am

get rid of her she crossed the line and we need to support the 911 victims.

  35. Mahinderon 09 Apr 2007 at 9:59 am

Shame on ABC…..They need to know the A…BB…C of televison. For corporate America, money is important than your obligation to your country.

  36. kim Hammon 09 Apr 2007 at 10:12 am

Being native American My people have suffered injustice at all levels. History is history and it cant be changed. With that said I have to say I love my country for what it is. Alot has changed in my lifetime of 40 or so years and it truly worries me when I hear some of the bizarre propoganda coming from the left and Hollywood in paticular. Everyones white and rich and have it all so now they have to solve all our problems. Rosie needs to stick to acting and comedy thats what she did best, she has no political or foriegn policy experience to add to her credentials. It seems like for the last 20 years or so that if you become a celebrity and make a few movies you automatically are credible when spewing you views of the worlds woes. America has enemys theres no doubt about that! We just dont need these do gooders helping then achieve thier goals.

  37. Jim Holmson 09 Apr 2007 at 12:42 pm

I think Rosie and and all the others that think like her should get the hell out of america!

  38. Jimon 10 Apr 2007 at 1:38 pm

The crap that comes out of Rosies mouth is just plain verbal defication. We all know what to do with that, flush it twice, it a long way to the ABC offices.

  39. Ken Haywardon 10 Apr 2007 at 7:33 pm

Rosie is a fat trailer trash pig. Very much like the Character she played on NIP & TUCK. She is also a Bull Dyke and needs to be removed from Television.

  40. Barbaraon 10 Apr 2007 at 7:50 pm

My husband & I will no longer be watching The View because of Rosie & Barbara. Rosie is overbearing and very obnoxious and no one can have a “view” besides her. We are so tired of having her opinions crammed down our throats that we have just decided to find other shows to watch. Barbara is egging her on and it is not appreciated in this household. We have printed a list of sponsers of the show and will contact each of them and let them know we are not going to buy their products. ABC is a favorite station with us and we cannot imagine Rosie/Barbara being in the same classact as Charlie Gibson. So many of our favorites will suffer because of this over-rated team.

  41. Matt M.on 10 Apr 2007 at 11:46 pm

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, free speech is a wonderful thing. The trouble is, a double standard is often applied by the liberals. Sure it’s o.k. for Rosie to spit her venom about 9/11, but it’s not o.k. for Don Imus to use a racially charged phrase when referring to the Rutgers Womens basketball team! Liberals are the biggest collective of phonies going!

  42. k.gerhardton 11 Apr 2007 at 12:38 pm

Rosie is offensive, loud mouthed, opinionated. Get her off the air. She is polluting the airwaves does not deserve airtime or attention. I will not watch the show until she is removed. K. G. in NJ.

  43. carmenon 11 Apr 2007 at 12:50 pm

rosie should leave the country and go to iraq and be confortable with the terrorist that she supports. she forgets were she earns her money. The fool she is.

  44. Anita DeFrankon 11 Apr 2007 at 1:00 pm

The View was one of my favorite talk shows until Rosie ruined it. Now I refuse to listen to her un-American “view” any longer. If our government was half as corrupt as she claims…the CIA would have “shut her up” by now!! Barbara and Joy are almost as bad as Rosie so I no longer have any respect for either of them.

I Think Rosie should go live in the UK….It seems they have the same idiotic ideas that she has. She has the biggest mouth of anyone on TV..If she hates the US ofA so much, why does she take all the money she makes here. She bites the hand that feeds her. I used to watch the View, but since Rosie’s big mouth came on, I watch anything else but the View. I also do not purchase any products of the sponsors of that show. Leave America Rosie, you are not an American.

  46. christa.on 11 Apr 2007 at 1:50 pm

I’m so glad someone finally decieded to try to get Rosie to shut her big mouth. She is very rude, unpatriotic and disrespectful to her co hosts. If she dislikes America so much she should move to another country. The terroist love when they here people talk bad about their own county mabe she should join them.I dont need her political views shoved down my throught everytime I try to watch the view. I use to watch the view even went in to see it live never again until she gets the boot!!

  47. chuck raffaeleon 11 Apr 2007 at 2:13 pm

good idea ! these minority anti USA rebel rousers must be opposed ! ROSIE SHOULD SHUT UP…HER COMMENTS ARE INACCURATE !

  48. Millie Flanneryon 11 Apr 2007 at 2:37 pm

Get rid of Rosie, Who cares what she thinks. She has no regard for the facts or truth. She just wants to be heard. She has little to offer the viewing public. She looks awful when she is putting every one else down. Her big mouth is is not good to look at and she out talks every other member of any group. She is tiresome and obnoxious and not near as good as she pretends to be. When I say “GO ROSIE” i MEAN gO….PLEASE…GET GONE..BYE….CIAO…TATA…ENOUGH OF YOU ALREADY…..

Why doesn’t the media and others make as big a deal out of rosie’s anti American and anti CHRISTIAN remarks as they do about Imass? Frankly I am very upset and insulted by her remarks and you can be sure I will never look at the View.
Christians should be more outraged than the girls on the basketball team!

  51. David Reynoldson 12 Apr 2007 at 3:32 am

All forms of religious bigotry should opposed, not just the politically correct ones. Although Rosie is a religious bigot, she has the right to say any idiotic thing she wants to say.
Thank you for giving Americans the chance to speak out against her and utilize OUR freedom of speech!

  53. Donon 12 Apr 2007 at 9:13 am

Rosie is not only an insult to women and America but to the whole human race. I wonder if she would shut up if she witnessed Kelly, any of her children or family jumping from the towers to their deaths on 911? She is pathetic. The victims are not here to speak! That show should be off the air. I only pity her for all her pent up anger and hate. It is amazing how low she will stoop for MONEY and RATINGS! Gonna go catch a good movie instead.

  56. Connie Pescatoreon 12 Apr 2007 at 1:20 pm

Rosie must go! I stopped watching the View when she started with her liberal double talk. It’s no longer the View, it’s Rosie’s view. This show seems to think the majority of the people who watch television agree with her or maybe she’s trying to change our way of thinking. Most of us have already formed our opinion on what is going on in this country. I’m afraid that she will influence the young people with her unAmerican views. If Imus was fired for his opinions then the same fate should be Rosie’s.

  57. roxon 12 Apr 2007 at 5:22 pm

she needs to just go away

  58. Jeremy Milleron 13 Apr 2007 at 2:53 am

Rosie is a nutcase. She is a disgusting sight to see. Anything is involved in I will avoid. I laughed when South Park killed her off in a cartoon years ago. It still makes me laugh. Why didn’t Imus call HER nappy? Her opinion does good for no one, for it is filled with crappy conspiracy theories.

  59. James Ardon 13 Apr 2007 at 2:57 am

In the end, ABC will suffer from the decision to flaunt the fat, untalented, unadmirable, and ill-opinionated Rosie. The liberals have now come full circle to embrace this nut as their spokesperson.

  60. charles s beloteon 13 Apr 2007 at 2:58 am

Seeing Rosie makes my eyes burn and hurt, and hearing Rosie speak, with her self consumed, narrow minded, defensive and offensive views, and tones, just make me sick.I don’t watch the view for that reason, and that reason alone.

  61. Robert Gaineson 13 Apr 2007 at 3:00 am

I just wish she would say something against the blacks like Imus did and then we’ll see how long she lasts! Otherwise she can spew her vomit towards Christians, the president and America all she wants and neither spineless Barbara Walters nor the network will fire her FAT ASS.

  62. Sandra Shafferon 13 Apr 2007 at 3:10 am

Rosie O’Donnell needs to go big time I am tired of her anti-American connents, the racist comments, the anti-
Christian comments and every other nasty things she says.
If the networks can fire Don Imus then so should Rosie be
fired. I do not watch the view and never will as long as
    Rosie is on that show.

  63. Floyd Adamon 13 Apr 2007 at 3:34 am

I can only hope that the majority of Americans have the intelligence to ignore whatever unfounded GARBAGE that spills from her FAT mouth. She is too ignorant to believe the truth, that this country is the greatest nation that GOD ever put on this earth. She would rather believe the lies and fabrications, totally overlooking the fact that this country is in danger, and there really is such a thing as EVIL in the world, namely, RADICAL ISLAM. I believe in freedom of speech, but not when it comes out of the mouth of a lying, inconsiderate, stupid, BULL DYKE like
her. I think that she should be removed from THE VIEW, because the only “VIEW” she can see is from right up her BIG FAT ASS.

I love the view however I love the United States more. I used to like rosie until she attacked Donald Trump. Yes there is the freedom of speech, but letting here stay on tv and paying her for condeming the United states is horrible. My son is seven years old he saw something she said about the United States. He came to me crying and asking me mommy way do we have american people hating us now. He is now scarred that americans are going to start killing us. Everyday I have to reasure him that is just one woman talking stupid things. And that she is not going to hurt anyone. This is sad and pathetic. ABC is one of my favorite channels. I have completely stopped watching until she is removed. Forget the ratings she is getting why can’t ABC that she is even hurting children by her comments. I thought ABC was a family channel. Well in my family and in some of my friends families there will no longer be ABC until she is fired.

  76. Peggy Edwardson 13 Apr 2007 at 4:17 am

Kudos to the individual corageous enough to step forward in an attempt to contain the retoric Rosie Odonnal spews forth. She has done a geat deal of damage to a number of individual and should be made to appologise to them and their families. She has always been about a double standard. What is wrong for everyone else is acceptable for her because she deserves it. She’s entitled. At least in her own mind. I will not watch the view again until she is gone. I will not buy products from the sponsers of the view until she is gone. She thinks she is better then the rest of us. Remember her anti gun comments. No one should be allowed to have them to protect themselves or their families. The exception of course is her security guards because they need them to protect her and her kids. Now she is ranting about a government conspiracy in 9 ll. She is dangerous because there are a lot of people who will believe anything she says no matter how idiotic it is.

However, she can become a focal point for change in our media. They tell us the majority voted for liberalism — not true. Only the majority of the 25 to 30% of the American public who voted. The real majority must start to speak out to protect ourselves. Remove Rosie from The View

Ms O’Donnell is not a true American. She should pack up and move far far away. ………..and take her friend Joy from The View with her.

I sent email to The View when Rosie did a story on Walter Reed and kept saying it is in Bethesda MD. I pointed out with documentation that Walter Reed is in Washington DC and Bethesda Naval Hospital is in Bethesda Maryland. NO one on The View especially Rosie (one kept saying it) would correct their error of giving out wrong information. All they care about is hearing themselves and their VIEW!

Get Rosie off and take Joy with her.

SHE IS DISGUSTING! WE HAVE ALSO DECIDE NOT TO PURCHASE ANY ITMES THAT ARE ADVERTISED ON THIS PROGRAM. WE FEEL THE COMPANIES THAT ADVERTISE ON THIS SHOW, MUST AGREE WITH HER COMMENTS.

  101. Cindy Salyeron 13 Apr 2007 at 4:30 am

I used to love Rosie, she used to be funny. Now she’s just annoying. The turning point for me came when she made the rude comments about Kelly Rippa being homophobic because she didn’t want Clay Aiken’s hand on her mouth, well I have punched my husband for putting his hand on my mouth. The other thing that bothers me is the fact that she told an employee of hers that liars get cancer, I am a cancer survivor, and I found that comment to be heartless and cold. We all know the old adage though what goes around comes around, so Rosie you better watch out because Karma is going to come back to you and bite you right in the ass!

  105. Erik Barnetton 13 Apr 2007 at 4:38 am

Thank you for this forum to speak out on how I feel about Rosie O’Donnel. I canot understand how ABC can allow such hatefull anti-american propoganda to be spewed on a main line network show. Although I have to say that it isn’t much different than what I hear from ABC news commentary that seems to be constantly slanted to the Left.

I would fight to protect her views if they at least were based in some truth, or were not out right lies. I cannot imagine how upset I would be if I had a family memeber who had died in 911 by what she says. She crossed the line for me and I fully support this effort to take away her multi million dollar paycheck for spewing lies and hatred for our country. She can say it all she wants just not on my TV.
I may not be a genius but it appears to me that the main stream media has been taken over by left wing socialists. My suggestion is that the big three and cnn take notice that the American people are not stupid and that they love the American way. I sometimes think that the Russians have manuvered a very smart plan to destroy us from within since they couldn’t do it any other way. I also think that people like John Kerry and his Global Warming goverment is how they plan to do it after they destroy our economy.

    Thank you for this forum.

I enjoyed watching Rosie before she decided to become an “activist” but now I can’t tell if she is trying to boost the ratings for “The View” and/or CBS, or if she truly is this poorly educated with regard to history and historical events. She is enjoying the freedom to exercise her Constitutionally granted First Amendment right to spew her hatred for this country because our brave soldiers fought and died to protect that right against forces that sought to destroy us. Perhaps Rosie and all the other anti-Americans living amongst us spewing their hatred towards this country and its leaders would live a happier life if they moved to a country more to their liking and leave this country to the people who truly love it.

Rosie, Pelosi, Sanjaya,Ellison,Gore, illegal aliens, and this is just the tip of the Anti American Rampage, that is being fueled by those who want to make the USA a socialist nation , and to eliminate democracy. Sharpton, Jackson, has called the Kettle black, when they have done more harm to the black people , than any other entity. But Rosie, has used the world wide media as a platform of degradation to the USA and its citizens. She won’t last 2 seconds in a terrorist invasion, she has already fulfilled her need. Being the useful idiot to the enemies of the United States of America. As all have noticed she is prepping herself for disability, give her a couple of bucks and show her the door.

I find Rosie’s comments very offensive as a mother, as a veteran and as a Christian. She should apologize to President Bush, to our servicemen and their families, to veterans and to Christians for her hateful comments. Shame on Rosie and Shame on ABC if they do not take action and shame on anyone who would sponsor this show which, to me, is supportng terrorism by perpetrating propaganda in favor of the terrorist that did take our towers down on 9/11.

Rosie is a disgrace and she should be pulled immediately. I personally won’t watch the stupid show, nor will I support their sponsors, even Disney. I have always said that the only way to stop these people who want to destroy this country and its values is by not supporting them financially by not buying anything connected to them, and I don’t.

I don’t know which is worse that idiot (Rosie) or the moronic responses expressed here by such people as Ken White and “The Truth.” Your so courageous you can’t even sign your name. I too am a war veteran who fought for this country, so what Ken. How you can say your a conservative is ridiculous as shown by your idiotic views. Your so flaming liberal it is a wonder you don’t catch fire at less than room temperature.

Your right it was not planes crashing into the world trade centers that caused the problem. What could it have been? Space aliens, the tooth fairy pissed off, or could it be just liberal bullshit? You are the one that is scary. Don’t look over your shoulder, you might see someone in a white suit coming for you because you should not be out with out a keeper.

Being old enough, I remember when there was accountbaility to what people could do and say. Yes, until about 40-50 years ago this country did have censorship to a degree to protect society. It had its problems but it was a much better overall society then. Then when you liberals got some left leaning judges and teachers entrenched in the judiciary and school systems and started changing the perceived constitutional view of the laws of the land and what was being taught in the schools, that accountaibility and responsibility started changing drastically, not for the better. It is about time the people started standing up for the principles of this country and holding such irresponsible people accountable.

It is my personal opinion that since Rosie began her anti-american tirades. ABC and Barbara have lost all credibility. It may as well be called the “Rosie View” since they allow Rosie to dominate the show and bully anyone who disagrees with her point of view. This is just another example of a “radical entertainer” who thinks she knows it all and uses the show as her personal forum to attack whomever she chooses. The network claims a spike in ratings, but at what cost? The show won’t last forever and people will not forget what has been said and done. It’s disgusting and I will not watch the show till Rosie is gone gone gone!!!!!!

  126. corrine gwirtzon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:00 am

It’s about time loyal Americans stand up for their rights and their country.
I do not watch “the view” but certainly hear what Rosie has to say when I watch the Fox news.
Ther is no doubt that she is “off” on the facts and her mind is filled w/hate.
    Enough is enough…
STAND UP LOYAL AMERICANS AND TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY!!!!!!

  127. John Kwaczalaon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:01 am

Rosie is a nutjob and it truly is a shame that in this great country, a nobody like her is put on national television and allowed to spew her hate. In those countries that she seems to love, ie. Iran, she would be stoned to death just on the basis of her lifestyle.

  128. Pam & Mark Wallon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:01 am

We will watch the View again when Rosie is replaced or gone.

  129. Kelly Mataticson 13 Apr 2007 at 5:02 am

It’s NEVER to late for change! Some Damage Control needs to be done SOON.

  130. Caroline LaValleon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:03 am

Rosie’s anti-American ranting is out and out propaganda!!
Her words will be picked up by the terrorist to recruit more suicide bombers! They will say “See, George Bush and the Americans attacked themselves, just to have an excuse to attack us.” “Join the cause to put an end to America!”
STRAIT from Rosies lips to their ears!!!
Shame! on the anti-American left wing propagandists.
They made a very gooddistructive opinions that resonate througout the world.
I vote they be tried for treason and/or at least deport living in this country, and now their celebrity ego’s think they are wise enough to spout these ed!

  131. Russ Longon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:05 am

Rosie is a scuzzball, should not be on any show watched by semi- intelligent viewers!

  132. Kevinon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:07 am

Just one more of her VIEWS that I do not see as facts, or close to being correct, no one on the set will counter her VIEWS so is the show called The View or just the VIEWS of a sad person who has no one to talk to in life so she vents on a national TV show. I feel sorry for her, the life style she has picked and how she wants to pull others down with her, Well I and every one I talk with have nothing more to do with the VIEW and the network that supports this VIEW. Oh, just a 411 to the network: my son is in Iraq and wants to let you know the troops would love to have Rosie for the day, she could give her view to the IED’s and others who feel the USA should be blown off the map. Bad people are in this world who want nothing more than to see us gone, no matter what you do, extend your hand in friendship and they will cut-it-off and hit you with it. Hollywood is a dream town, its not the real world. If I got up every day with someone telling me life is great you are great and blocking out all the bad things in time I would think every one is wonderful and kind and could never have it in them to hurt me, but the truth is Rosie that it is not like that, we have bad people that would rather cut off your head, as look at you, and your life choise is one they would love to get a hand around. VIEW on that some time.

  133. Kenneth Clemon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:09 am

The show is too depressing for me. I’d rather watch ice melt. Now if only I could get my wife and her sisters to quit watching it then maybe they wouldn’t be fighting their depression.
If they would watch the Garden channel or maybe the Discovery Channel maybe they would feel better.

  134. Jimon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:09 am

It’s about time someone is taking action against Rosie and her unsubstantiated comments. She (Rosie) is aiding & abetting the enemies of the “United States of America” and I have two words, Hanoi Jane, google it.

  135. Kent Strachanon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:10 am

Rosie is a pitiful and troubled person. Maybe she can find happiness in another country since she feels our government and country don’t meet her standards.

I have a real problem with Rosie’s remarks about our country and our president. I think if she is so unhappy leave!!!!

  138. Maureen Whaleyon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:12 am

I can’t watch the View since she has been on, get her off tv all together

  139. Gary Bakeron 13 Apr 2007 at 5:15 am

I am definitely on board!! Time for her to stop talking like a communist!!!
I will work as hard as possible to past this on to others.
    Gary

  140. amyon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:15 am

As a chinese american Rosie has shown so much ignorant bias
and stupidity that she should rinse her mouth with lysol.
She has respect for this country that I come to embrace. Freedom of speech comes with responsibility. She must go.

  141. Donnaon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:18 am

I say a bigot is a bigot - against either blacks or our country/president. One bigot should be treated equal to the other bigot. Are you listening, CBS???????

  142. Bobon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:19 am

Who watches the view? Rich white women who don’t work? I am home sick today or I would not know any thing about this controversy. Folks the problem is the media in general telling us what to think! Rosie, Imus and anybody else who wants to make an ass of themselves should have a right to. The rest of you have the option of the channel selector or better yet the on/off switch. Think I’ll shoot the TV while I still have a gun!

  143. Sandy, Cleve, Oh.on 13 Apr 2007 at 5:19 am

I hope her P.R. person is seeing this and ABC.

  144. Carol Rioson 13 Apr 2007 at 5:21 am

I think it is about time that Rosie leave’s the View and if you don’t like America - you know what they say LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT”! and I think that about says it all!

  145. Paton 13 Apr 2007 at 5:24 am

I quit watching The View months ago because of Rosie. Kudos to you for getting this petition going!

  146. Maggie Cintronon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:26 am

It’s time for the “silent majority” to be heard.
What happened to “PATRIOTISM”? I have had enough of these “hate America first” nut cases. I can’t believe I actually liked Rosie when she hosted her first show. I really bought the “Queen of Nice” bit — What a let-down. Time for Rosie to pack it in … perhaps move to Iran. I’m sure they would welcome her with open arms.
She can take a few of her fellow “hate America first” friends (Barbara, Sean, Susan, etc)

  147. debra witteron 13 Apr 2007 at 5:26 am

rosie tries to portray herself as a giving, fair, broadway loving philanthropist but she is nothing more than a hate-spewing anti-American pig who should book one of her cruises and sail off to the middle-east where she belongs!!!!

  148. Vincent LaValleon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:30 am

Rosies maniacal rantings are not without small consequence.
Those words she spews add to the difficulty to achieve victory in this unprecedented difficult war.
She and her left wing Hollywood bunch are directly resposable for the worlds negative view of this country.
They seem to think their talent to entertain also endows them with the wisdom to make world decisions.
    Ego Maniacs!!!

  149. polly henryon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:31 am

she needs to go. long ago would have been better.

  150. Brian Donohueon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:34 am

Will not watch rosie. She in Un-American

    Brian

  151. lorraine clarkon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:34 am

get this vulgar, rude anti-american off the air yesterday!

  152. J. Robardson 13 Apr 2007 at 5:39 am

ROSIE should be offered the opportunity to conduct a fact finding tour in Iraq to discover to real “VIEW” from real people… but I don’t think she has the guts! I wonder if she ever visited the Trade Center after 9-11, or talked to victim’s families? She spouts nothing more then mindless propaganda, and that is not what “free speech” is about. I will not watch the VIEW nor conduct business with its sponsors and strongly encorage my friends and family.

  153. Holley Rogerson 13 Apr 2007 at 5:43 am

we all know there are 4 standards in this country..one
for the far left demos, one for the republicans on the the right one for the africian americans, and
if there is any thing left give a bone the conservatives

  154. Thomas Kuhlon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:49 am

I am astonished that Rosie is taken so seriously. Why is she a celebrity? What is her education? What is her knowledge of US and/or world history? of political theory? of religion, whether Christian or Moslem?
What explains her hatred of President Bush? He is not liberal? As a conservative (with a few exceptions), he has been a supreme failure. The war in Iraq, perhaps? That is only a misbegotten policy, which does not explain Rosie’s personal animus towards a man she hardly knows. I suspect it is his religion whose absolute morality brings her life-style into question. Ms O’Donnell feels judged by such people. Her hatred is an act of self-defense.

  155. joeon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:50 am

get a alternate spokes person to balance her rants, barbara!,and grow a spine..

  156. Diane Bergmanon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:51 am

Although I have been in disagreement with Rosie O’Donnel’s political views from the beginning of her appointment to “The View”, when she accused our own government of being involved in the mass murder that occured 9-11, she wen too far over the line. I will no longer watch the show, although I do enjoy Elizabeth Hasselback’s comments. She is the only one who believes in supporting her country. And actually, I’m amazed that I have had to write in to this petition; I had expected many months ago that her sponsers would have dropped their support of her rudeness, and insensitivity, and fired her from the show. Please let that happen.

  157. cool bj badon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:51 am

please get rid of that bucket of hog guts

  158. Anna Marieon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:53 am

ABC hired Rosie, one big mouthed, know-it-all idiot to come on board at the View - what a mistake! We need to have people on the View who can bring laughter to everyone in a time when the world is in chaos. We don’t need her political views. The View will never be watched by me. Rosie should use her so-called influence and spend some of her money in third world countries to do something positive. Why doesn’t she build schools and housing for those poor people, and score “brownie-points” with God.

  159. Robert Blomquiston 13 Apr 2007 at 5:54 am

This gal remindes me of Hanoi Jane Fonda…These Hollywood
people should stick acting and keep their thoughts to themselves. Bob Blomquist in Florida

  160. Louise Bellakon 13 Apr 2007 at 5:57 am

I really can’t understand her. I used to really like her but I think she has fallen off the deep end.She is as hateful as she can be.Her agenda makes her sound as if she sides with the terrorists. If she is that unhappy here in America, which by the way has made her rich so she has the power to say these things and have them heard, she should go live in France. They will really like her there. They are as ungrateful as Rosie is for all that the has done for her. This country is so far left with political correctness and the freedom of speech and having it defended by the anti-bush leftists is is crazy. I don’t know what will happen to this country if it goes on like this. We need to stand up for our side and try to help this country get back on track to common sense and decency.

  161. D. Wattson 13 Apr 2007 at 5:59 am

It would take to much space to fully comment on the spiddle spewing,warped-minded,$#%@ Rosie.

  162. james reederon 13 Apr 2007 at 6:01 am

she shoudl be taken off the air.

  163. Raymond Iandolion 13 Apr 2007 at 6:08 am

Put a muzzel on her as she is verry visious. The sponsers of that show will never see a dime of my money.

  164. KENNETH R FREYon 13 Apr 2007 at 6:12 am

Pleeaase take her off the air. She is not a stable person.

  165. John Koseron 13 Apr 2007 at 6:17 am

The only way we can stop Rosie is through the sponsors of the show, people can have different views, but views only to serve her ratings and get her name on air is wrong.
    Boycot sponsors.

  166. Ola Moyon 13 Apr 2007 at 6:18 am

I feel sorry for Rosie, and I pray for her. Her mother, who she adored, died when she was 10 years old, and she learned to hate her father who couldn’t “make everything right”. She seems to fight life from her distorted perception, and hold men at arms length, even the “cutie-pututies”. Our president represents yet another man who can’t made everthing right, and from her distorted perception, he is the evil of all the wrong that is happening in world. Her distorted view of life is spread on “The View” to people who don’t think for themselves, so they drink in her gospel “lock, stock and barrell”. She needs help in dealing with her distorted thinking and not spread it to others.

  167. S. Schatzon 13 Apr 2007 at 6:19 am

Stop the the TRASH TALKING dim-witted, uneducated Rosie. I have not and do not watch the View and yet I still have to hear what anti-american or anti-religion, etc. that this uneducated, uniformed loud mouth person has to say about the world and us americans in general through all the other media outlets. We are subjected to her comments even when we DO NOT want to hear a word she has to say about anything. She is a HATE Monger……Get her off the air to never be heard from and of again….EVER!!!!!

  168. Norman Bellon 13 Apr 2007 at 6:21 am

Take her away, put her in a home for the mentally warped.

  169. Neal Macon 13 Apr 2007 at 6:23 am

She is Unamerican. If she doesen;t like it here pick another country and ship out.
