Ann Coulter nails it again

I am pushing the limits of fair use, but this is just too good to hack up too much.

From the halls of Malibu tto the shores of Kennedy

Democrats claim Gen. David Petraeus’ report to Congress on the surge was a put-up job with a pre-ordained conclusion. As if their response wasn’t.

Democrats yearn for America to be defeated on the battlefield and oppose any use of the military – except when they ccan find individual malcontents in the military willing to denounce the war aand call for a humiliating retreat.

It’s been the same naysaying from these people since before we even  invaded Iraq – despite the fact that their representatives in Congress voted in favor of that war.

Mark Bowden, author of “Black Hawk Down,” warned Americans in the Aug. 330, 2002, Los Angeles Times of 60,000 to 100,000 dead American troops if we invaded Iraq – comparing an Iraq war to Vietnam and a Russian battlee in Chechnya.

On Sept. 14, 2002, the New York Times’ Frank Rich warned of another al-Qaida attack in the U.S. if we invaded Iraq, noting that since “major al-Qaida attacks are planned well in advance and have historically been separated by intervals of 12 to 24 months, we will find out how much we’ve been distracted soon enough.”

This week makes it six years since a major al-Qaida attack. I guess we weren’t distracted. But it looks like al-Qaida has been.

But liberals soon began raising yet more pointless quibbles. For most of 2003, they said the war was a failure because we hadn’t captured Saddam Hussein. Then we captured Saddam, and Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean complained that “the capture of Saddam has not made America safer.”

Next, liberals said the war was a failure because we hadn’t captured Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Then we killed al-Zarqawi and a half-dozen of his aides in an air raid. Then they said the war was a failure because … you get the picture.

911 derangement, with one reversal

Published by Karl under 9/11, OTA

So as another 9/11 passes us, here is a final round of 9/11 related stories.  The last one is the one I am the happiest about.

RELIGION OF PEACE: We’ll cut off head of ‘prostitute’ Britney Spears

Terrorists: We’ll cut off head of ‘prostitute’ Britney Spears.  Madonna also targeted by jihad leaders who warn of ’spreading satanic culture’

Well here the Islamics might actually find common ground with some Christian fundamentalists, though I personally doubt the Moral Majority would resort to beheading.

The threats, recorded on audio, come as Madonna is due to arrive in Israel Wednesday to celebrate the Jewish new year with fellow Kabbalah practitioners.

“If I meet these whores I will have the honor – I repeat, I will have the honor – to be the first one to cut the heads off Madonna and Britney Spears if they will keep spreading their satanic culture against Islam,” said Muhammad Abdel-Al, spokesman and senior leader of the Popular Resistance Committees terror organization.

Thus speaks the Religion of Peace.

Al-Qaeda to release third 9/11 video

Al-Qaeda will release a third video marking the sixth anniversary of the September 11 attacks, this time showing its top leader in Afghanistan, US monitoring groups said Wednesday.

After releasing two videos featuring Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden in recent days, the terror network will now show a video “presenting reasons and motives for the attacks on New York and Washington,” the SITE Intelligence Group said in a press release.

The new video will show Al-Qaeda’s chief in Afghanistan, Mustafa Abu Al-Yazid, also known as Sheikh Said, said SITE, which monitors Islamic extremist websites.

Considering the first one has been shown to be faked, or at least manipulated, I wonder what this one will contain?

Kucinich Stands Alone Opposed to Sept. 11 Resolution

Rep. Dennis Kucinich, Democratic presidential candidate and no stranger to contrarian views, was the sole congressman Tuesday to vote against the House’s Sept. 11 commemoration resolution.
