Michael Savage sues CAIR as the followers of the Religion of Peace try to kill school teacher
Let's state early, I don't listen to him very often and i don't like the brand of show he runs, the demagoguing incite the masses kind of talk show.
I prefer intellectual discussions to his "psychological nudity".
But I am impressed at his gumption, his chutzpah, as he sues CAIR and labels them for what they are.
Savage lawsuit calls CAIR 'vehicle of international terrorism': Accuses group of seeking 'harm to those who speak against violent agenda'
Trend-setting radio talk show host Michael Savage has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the Council on Islamic-American Relations, and has accused the organization of being a "political vehicle of international terrorism" that seeks to do "material harm to those voices who speak against the violent agenda of CAIR's clients."
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in California, seeks damages equal to the ongoing donations from CAIR supporters "who expect CAIR to act in this manner in exchange for continuing financial support" as well as "actual damages according to proof."
A spokesman for Savage indicated the top-rated talk show host would have no further comment, saying the text of the lawsuit itself would answer questions.
The focal point of the lawsuit is a series of audio clips CAIR has been using in its promotions and fundraising efforts.
Those comments from Savage's show include his criticisms of Islam and Muslims, including:
"I'm not gonna put my wife in a hijab. And I'm not gonna put my daughter in a burqa. And I'm not getting' on my all-fours and braying to Mecca. And you could drop dead if you don't like it. You can shove it up your pipe. I don't wanna hear any more about Islam. I don't wanna hear one more word about Islam. Take your religion and shove it up your behind. I'm sick of you."
But the lawsuit maintains such comments, taken in context, are Savage's verbal expression of the feelings of many Americans.
"The audience of 'The Savage Nation' expects this type of from-the-heart outrage and when it is directed at a murderer such as Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his ilk, the piece is far more understandable and far more American mainstream. While the strength of the outrage is remarkable and a hallmark of 'The Savage Nation,' the sentiment is shared by a huge number of Americans," the lawsuit said.
The core sentiment, sure. What you have to understand is he like many opposes Sialmofacism, not Islam.
People are frankly not impressed with a lot of the more cruel aspects of Shari'ah law and the pushiness of groups like CAIR. Most of them would likely say it nicer, but taking the quote above as an example, it is blunt, but hardly his worst, or even that shocking.
I still wonder where the liberals are, the gay rights and women's rights activists, and why they do not speak aboutt his more forcefully.
So good for him. Here is his complaint.
And this is particularly ironic coming as a British school teacher is jailed for 15 days in Sudan because he named a teddy bear Mohammad. Now her life is threatened by the angry crowds defending the religion of peace from teddy bear abuse.
If you want to know why many people, like Savage, seem to hold them and their faith in contempt, they need look no further then this. As Ann Coulter said:
As long as Liberals are going to keep demanding that Americans refer to Islam as a "Religion of Peace," it would be a big help if Muslims would stop killing people.
All this because she named the bear after a kid in the class. Exit question: Where is Amnesty International?

I rarely listen to Savage’s show and the times I do, I am unable to listen to his bombastic nature for very long. However with that said, I fully am in hope that his lawsuit is wildly successful in not only putting CAIR in a financial burden but perhaps getting publicity on the organization to such a point that even the MSM investigates it’s background, connections, ect. For if they do, they will dig up plenty of dirt on CAIR, its members and those associated with it. I personally hope this spells the beginning of the end of CAIR.

What those who use the term “Islamofascism” to distinguish it from “Islam” cover with the term is that “Islamofascism” is simply Islam with the “al-taqiyah” lies stripped from its face.
Islamic terrorists are the true, honest and genuine followers of the Butcher of Medina, who was homself a liar, thief, brigand, mass murderer, rapist, pedophile: the true predecessor of the open practitioners of his brutal sect today–Muslim terrorists.
The life and work of Mohammed is completely, totally and in every possible way in agreement with the current honest crop of disciples who follow his “kill thrill” philosophy of, “If they won’t convert, decieve ‘em, opress ‘em, enslave ‘em or kill ‘em.”
Come to think of it, that makes CAIR and its ilk “honest” followers of Mohammed too, what with its lies about Islam and its covert and open support of Islamic terrorists. Hmmm… the “holy lies” (to decieve those who do not buy Mohammed’s con) of fake “moderate Muslims” fit the Butcher of Medina’s precepts of “Lie to the unbeliever if you can’t kill or enslave him” teachings (so perfectly illustrated by his first great victory–over the Jews of what is now known as Medina, when he lied to them solely in order to be able to kill and enslave them).
There is no real difference between “Islamofascism” and “Islam”–as taught and lived by Mohammed–and any construct making it seem so is simply bending over to recieve the deceptive practices of Muslims.

I don’t think enough can be said about these low life CAIR and others of their mind sets. Savage is not everyone’s person to listen to. I do and learn. I like when he talks about his back ground, he is very well educated. I also listen when he talks about the Bible and what the passages mean. I do support him with this lawsuit and hope he kicks their asses. This group needs to be gone. I still have not received an answer from any member of Congress as to why CAIR has an office in the same building as Congress.
If these people are so offended by everything we do here then they really need to leave. I’m offended by everything they do. So I would like them to leave.
I commend Michael Savage in his fight against these scum suckers. I will support him in his fight because it is also our fight. You have to remember where he is. San Francisco is a melting pot of rubbish and depravity. Thank goodness for people like him. I am very disappointed in the rest of the conservative radio hosts in their silence on this. It’s their rear ends too if he doesn’t get everyone’s support. The only one that I have heard step up is Rusty Humpfries. I even contacted the local station and expressed this. I got a placating missive back. I sent it back and expressed that it’s their pay checks that will be on the line here. No comment yet. If their advertisers get enough complaints that nothing is being done for support here and your money will not come their way then it has to be a enlighting moment for them.
I do not have a problem with not doing business with someone that doesn’t stand up and be counted. As far as I am concerned there are to many business’s that take it for granite that we will buy their products no matter what. Well guess again. If enough people stop buying they will be the ones hurting not us. Since we live in a country that gives us options we should use them.
So Dr. Savage, I support you 100%.
