Has anyone taken a look at Texas under Bush?

Bi-partisanship was the way of things while he was Gov. Education conditions greatly INCREASED under his stewardship.

I can only hope that Rossi does as well in his Governing of Washington as Bush did in Texas while he was Gov.

I haven't seen the ads, but I have heard them on the radio. The "just like George Bush" bits are laughable at best, and some of the issues they pick are pretty lame.

Overturning Roe v. Wade won't suddenly make abortion illegal as their ad contends - it will simply return the issue to the states, and I hardly see Washington outlawing abortion in response to that.

In any case, you're right. George Bush isn't running, and the Democrats have to run something to paint Dino in a negative light. Where they do attack his record they have to use half-truthes and outright lies to do it. He's easily refuted their claims in his own counter ads.
