Obama dances the night awaybut ignores the Medal of Honor ball
Obama Snubs Medal of Honor Ball
Another milestone, and another first for Obama! He is the first president in 56 years to snub the American Legion’s “Salute the Heroes” Inaugural ball. Perhaps his ego couldn’t handle being surrounded by actual heroes?
The American Legion sponsors the ball, which recognizes recipients of Medal of Honor, the nation’s highest military award. It started in 1953 for President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s first inauguration.
Event co-sponsors include 13 other veterans service organizations, among them the Military Order of the Purple Heart and the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
For some reason, Obama couldn’t find the time to squeeze this ball into the long list of black tie parties.
Classy. Thank god he made the MTV ball…

Now, this can’t be true, or the MSM would have reported it.
Sorry that President Obama didn’t attend. Sorry that he may indeed have a smack to his ego. However, given the number of folks alive that have been awarded the MOH for actions taken in the past 7 years, maybe the are a whole lot more egos that get bruised by being around men such as these.
I guess when you are up against real men who have done real things in defense of the Republic, you are pretty much out-classed. The dear leader can’t hold a candle to any of them. Hell, he can’t hold against the Soldier, Sailor, Airman or Marine who just got out of Boot Camp.
Let’s face it, the popcorn fart who is now CinC isn’t in the same league and never will be. The services don’t trust him and they never will.
The beauty of being on the Permanent Retired List, I can bash whomever is in office and feel good about it. To all who don’t like it………Tango Sierra!!!!!!!!!
